    Once you submit, you’ll receive an email with next steps and a link to book your discovery call.

  • We’ll hop on a 20–30 minute call to discuss:

    • what tasks are taking up too much of your time

    • the type of partnership you’re looking for

    This is a friendly, zero-pressure conversation so we can make sure we’re the perfect fit.

  • Based on your needs, I’ll build a personalized proposal that outlines:

    • recommended services

    • monthly or project package options

    • timeline

    • pricing

    • what your support experience will look like

    Once you select the package that feels right, we’ll move into onboarding.

  • You’ll receive a contract and first invoice via HoneyBook.
    This officially secures your start date and ensures we’re aligned on expectations and deliverables.

    During onboarding, we:

    • finalize logins & systems access

    • complete a new-client questionnaire

    • set up communication channels

  • Once onboarding is complete, we officially begin your Luxe Studio Ops. support.
